Delivery Information

NGS Plastics will make every effort to ensure that we provide you with the best service possible.

All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond the control of the Company: including acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delay by suppliers. Delivery will normally be next working day from the clearance of payment. If we are out of stock you will be notified by e-mail and given an approximate delivery date. Small items may take 3-4 days. 

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery is Free - for orders over £750.00
Delivery charge is £20 - for orders up to £749.99
Saturday Morning deliveries by special arrangement incur an additional charge of £50.00 (for all orders)

Saturday AM deliveries can be arranged on request but will incur an additional surcharge of £15.00. 

Some areas of the UK will incur carriage surcharges, delivery is not guaranteed next day to these postcodes and may take up to 48 hours, please consult the table below and contact us prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, Saturday morning deliveries are not available to these postcodes.

Please note that this delivery schedule may be affected by Bank Holidays. Please call us on 01603 253570 if you are in any doubt.

Please remember to include any helpful delivery instructions in the space provided. A signature is required by our carriers and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have left specific instructions and a signed note for the carrier authorizing your package to be left somewhere safe if nobody will be in to receive it.
Or to chose an alternative delivery address when placing your order for someone to accept the delivery on your behalf. Please remember, deliveries are usually made at any time between 8.30am and 6.00pm. During busy holiday periods these times may well be extended.
In circumstances where no one is in to accept the delivery and the carriers leave a card we are unable to accept responsibility for the condition of the goods.

Postage / Shipping (International Customers)

 

When an international or European order has been made you will be contacted via e-mail or phone and given a quotation for delivery where you can either agree or cancel your order. No payment will be taken until goods are ready to be dispatched.
