Delivery Information and Terms
At NGS Plastics, we aspire to offer our customers a delivery experience which is quick, efficient and hassle-free. The NGS Plastics delivery services is designed to offer you convenience and value.
Where do we deliver to?
- United Kingdom mainland (excluding Scotland);
- Scotland and UK islands, including Scottish highlands and Northern Ireland;
- Europe.
United Kingdom mainland (excluding Scotland)
How much will it cost?
- Orders with a value (before delivery) of £500.00 or more will be delivered for FREE within the UK mainland;
- Orders to be delivered locally (to a postcode within Norfolk, UK) will also be delivered FREE, regardless of the order value.
The standard UK mainland delivery charge is dependant on the weight and size of the item(s) of your order. There are three tariffs:—
- Rate 1 (£10.74): This rate will be charged if your order only contains small, easy-to-ship items;
- Rate 2 (£18.00): This rate will be used if one or more of your items are too heavy to ship at the lower rate;
- Rate 3 (£30.00): This rate will be used if one or more of your items is bulky and awkward to ship, requiring special arrangements, such as long lengths of facia board.

How long does delivery take?
All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to matters beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, adverse weather conditions, strikes, lockouts and delay by suppliers.
Delivery will normally be made the following working day once payment has cleared. Smaller items may take 3–4 days. If any items are out of stock, you will be notified by email or telephone and given an appropriate delivery date.

Scotland and UK islands, including Scottish highlands and Northern Ireland
All of the UK regions and postcodes mentioned below have specific delivery costs and times which differ to the UK mainland. Delivery is not guaranteed next-day to these postcodes and may take up to three working days. Please consult the table below, or contact us prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, Saturday delivery is not available to these postcodes.
The table below gives the estimated delivery times and surcharges for delivery to these regions. The surcharge is applied to the relevant shipping rate detailed for the UK mainland (excluding Scotland) above.

Europe
NGS Plastics no longer delivers to Europe as standard. If you wish to place an order to be delivered to the European Union, please call us on 01603 253570 (+441603253570 outside the UK) to make special arrangements
Important Information
It should be noted that delivery schedules are likely to be affected by bank holidays. If in doubt, please call us on 01603 253570 for clarification.
Please remember to include any helpful delivery instructions in the space provided. A signature is usually required by our couriers, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have left specific instructions and a signed note for the courier, authorising them to leave your order somewhere safe, or with a neighbour, if nobody is available to receive it.
Deliveries are usually made between 08:30 and 18:00. During busy periods, these times may be extended.
In circumstances where nobody is available to receive your order, and no alternative arranges are made, our couriers will leave a card. In this case, we are unable to accept responsibility for the condition of the goods.
Occasionally, parcels are delayed due to poor addressing or sign-posting. We may need to give our courier your telephone number in-case they need to contact you regarding delivery. There is a check-box on the order form giving you the option of allowing or disallowing this information to be released.
What courier do we use?
For large and bulky items, and for most orders within Norfolk, we use our own courier.
Standard parcels to be dispatched wo UK addresses are sent by Tuffnells Parcel Express Ltd.
How to track your parcel
Unfortunately, our courier only allows access to tracking information to its customers (i.e. us) and not the delivery's recipeint. If you are concerned for the whereabous of your parcel, please contact us on 01603 253570, where a memeber of staff will be able to inquire for you.
What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
NGS Pastics relies upon the services of third-party couriers and whilst we endeavour to keep to our word, there are unfortunately a few occasions where the courier may fail to provide the level of service expected of them. This happens rarely, but if it does occur, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of items. NGS Plastics will not be able to refund the standard delivery charge for items which do not arrive on the expected delivery date.
If your order does not arrive when you expect it, please give us a call on 01603 253570. We will then be able to contact the relevant courier to investigate the issue.
If the goods are damaged on receipt, please call us on 01603 253570 within seven days.
