Did you know you can order online and collect in store for free?
It's simple - just select 'Norwich Store' from the basket page and if your item is in stock locally, you can pay for it online for free, to collect from store within 2 hours. So you'll get it even quicker than we can bring it to you, and with no delivery charges. Your product will be available to collect for 28 days after your chosen date/time-slot.
We will endeavour to deliver your goods within the stated delivery time. However, please do not schedule any work that is reliant on the supply of your goods from us until all the goods have been safely received and checked for defects or missing parts. We will not accept any consequential losses incurred by you due to delivery delays and/or damaged or missing products.
Unless stated otherwise, all orders addressed within the UK are sent by a third-party Courier. You must therefore arrange for someone at your address to be present and sign for the goods on the expected delivery date. Where a consignment cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), you will be notified by the Courier company with a telephone number to call to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. The courier will only attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you will be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to us. Your credit / debit card or PayPal account will be credited your original total cost less delivery charges (full cost of delivery to you, plus return delivery charges back to NGS Plastics).
Although goods are quality checked (and counted) by us prior to despatch it is an unfortunate fact that items can go missing (or get damaged) whilst in transit. Therefore, when receiving your order please ensure that you check the goods and be satisfied that they are in good condition before signing the delivery note. If the consignment is too large or the driver is not prepared to wait for you to check the goods then write the word 'Damaged' or 'Missing' (and not ‘Unchecked’) clearly on the delivery note before signing your name. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim you may have for lost or damaged goods.
Unfortunately, our courier only allows access to tracking information to its customers, i.e. us, and not the delivery's recipient. If you are concerned for the whereabouts of your parcel, please contact us on 01603 253 570, where a member of staff will be able to inquire for you.

A Standard Delivery cost for orders from the UK mainland addresses* are:

Items ordered on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be usually delivered within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekend), any time up to 5.30pm (GMT). Our standard delivery will be next day if the order is placed before 12:00pm (GMT) and all ordered items are in stock. Under some circumstances we cannot guarantee next day delivery, however every effort is made by ourselves and the couriers to achieve this.
UK Islands, Scotland Highlands and Northern Ireland
All the UK's regions and postcodes mentioned below have specific delivery cost and delivery times which are different to the UK Mainland and therefore MUST be placed over the phone. Unfortunately we cannot process these orders via our e-shop.
